In 1990 a group of writers, poets, artists collaborated under the banner of "Cultural Information Center". Bihar had a tradition of conducting cultural program like drama, song, poetry, storytelling, movies, etc on special occasions. Traditions gathered momentum accumulated through this group and thier diversified ideas under one roof and to give thier ideas a professional shape, they created a society and named it "Anubhooti", and thus "Anubhooti" was born. There were few objectives which were to acheive under Anubhooti:

We at Anubhooti have described our objectives in a very clear manner, so that the goals we set are achieved .

• To understand and create awareness and consciousness of the problems, potential and prospects of all round cultural development in the country specially in the state of Bihar.
• To establish, develop, maintain and grant aid in cash or to hospitals, medical schools, medical colleges, nursing Institutions, dispensaries, Maternity homes, child welfare centres and other similar charitable institutions in Bihar for the benefit and use of the general public
• To provide a platform for interaction by and between farmers and the public at large for creating awareness about the recent technological development In the agricultural industry specially Chemicals, fertilizers, farm, implements and Agro food products.
• To collaborate where ever possible to effect human life to achieve a profitable change
• To associate with development of society.
